Inventory

Since I had so much of the shop in boxes for the Needle Arts Fair in Kingston and the shop was in a bit of an uproar anyway, I decided that this is an opportune time to do a complete inventory. I keep a running inventory but I knew it was inaccurate in numerous place so this is the time to get everything shipshape and also a chance to re-arrange the shop and tidy it up.
Here are some photos of my progress....
This is the stitching room which we use on Thursday afternoons... I have to get everything cleared off here by tomorrow! This is just a good work area with the two large tables. Here is the shop with the inventoried charts on the shelves...not necessarily in their final places but at least categorized somewhat.
More chaos...

I have discovered that I have way too many Silver Lining charts so they are going to be May's special...20% off all my in-stock Silver Lining Patterns
I also have multiple Teresa Wentzler charts which are also on sale...all TW charts will now be on sale for a flat rate of $10.00...unless of course it was less than 10 dollars in the first place!

And on a final note.. Last year Dani visisted here one weekend and brought us some tulip bulbs in a glass thing. The bulbs grew into gorgeous red and yellow tulips which we thoroughly enjoyed as spring was still a ways away at that point. I saved the bulbs after the flowers died and planted them in the fall and here they are...back...how cool is that?

Nice clean up Ann. We'll be there to go through things and pick up some bargains.

Wow! Dani's tulips are just gorgeous ;) Nice when you have memories of the person that gave them to you each year as they spring up!

Inventory looks like a lot of work - have fun with that. I will sit back and watch while drinking my coffee. I love the tulips, so pretty!

Hello Ann,

You had a job to do! How brave to do this straight away! But the feeling having it done must be good. I feel sad your shop is so far away, I would like to visit it and look at all those kits etc. But thanks for sharing the pictures, it gives an impression.
Your tulips are great! I hope they will see much sunshine this year ...
Have a great weekend & greetings, Carolien
