I haven't seen a magazine with SO many designs that I love enough to want to stitch in a long time! What's a stitcher to do? I 'm already retired and already spend way too much time stitching ...well not really, but I do stitch alot!
Oh well...if that is the worst thing I have to worry about, I guess I am doing OK.
Recently I noticed that the lid to our bird feeder had gone missing. After watching this little guy I suspect he may have had something to do with the disappearance!
And last but not least for today...on the weekend Dan and I spent some quality time together at his favourite store...Home Depot...and purchased some peg board. He promptly came home and went into an organizing frenzy...here is part of the result! I am under strict orders not to put the pans back in the wrong spots!
We also built 4 new shelves in the laundry room and yes things are much more organized now. I am sure I'll find a way to clutter it all up...but that's the fun isn't it?

Funny, funny post Ann. I can't imagine needing more patterns lol. That squirrel is quite inventive. My dad is having a running battle with a black squirrel in his feeder too.
Nice organizing by Dan. Don't you just love men and their ideas.
I love the JCS magazine too - I have started the sampler and have finished the first 2 bands - I may have some progress to show in March or maybe even a completion! Nice org. oin the kitchen.

What a beautiful visitor...even if he is disappearing lids to birdfeeders!
I love that little squirrel. I guess he's pretty smart. Hunger will do that to you...That must be why Dan is hording all of those pots.
Very nice.
I must look at that JCS..hmmm no I don't need more projects.
See you tomorrow!
Oooh I sounds like I'm going to have to go in search of that magazine Ann!
OMG Dan is so funny!
LOL....great post!! Squirrels are cute, but can be a pain! We had a few chew into our attic at our old house. We could hear them pitter pattering every morning!
Love how Dan has organized your pots! Why are pots, pans and lids such a pain to store and organize? I wish I had the wall space to do what he did! Good job Dan! ...lol...too funny about your "strict orders"!!
My husband's grandfather was a great believer in pegboards, especially for his tools. He even went so far as to draw outlines around the tools so they'd be returned to their proper spots!
Thanks for the squirrel pics!! So cute!!!
Good to know the urge to start something new never goes away!! =)
