A welcome visitor

Look who visited our dead tree stump last Friday!
Sharon and I watched this pileated woodpeccker for about 5 minutes. He rat tatted on the tree so hard it sounded like a knock on the door and the wood chips were flying!

I have all of the pictures of my Nashville purchases up on the Knowledge and Needles website.

The Open House is March 1 and 2...but if you can't come by in person you may find something you like on the website. An order is only an e-mail away.

My DH has been DYING to see one of these. We know there's one somewhere in the woods behind out house, we've just never been able to see it. Of course, the downy, hairy and red bellied woodpeckers all visit the feeders.

Wow that is so neat!! What a beauty.

By the way I received my [10% off] coupon from Bruce today. I had a good laugh and printed it out for my discount at your store.
Thank you!

Yay I'm glad you got him. I'll be bringing my SLR camera next weekend and hopefully I can get some great bird piccys!

Oh, I love Pileated Woodpeckers. They are rare here in Texas, but I have spotted them.

Since I am mad about birds, I loved to see this bautiful woodpecker!
